Well there are the obvious signs that everyone knows, but some people can be sick without even realising it... loosing or gaining too much weight is usually a sign that something isn't right though

Their breath- It could be they have drainage.sign of ear ache before it even starts(look in ear-yellow on earwalls/go to doc) There some sign like smell/oder people carry(its not because they dont bath)People need to know and understand to take care on themselfs.By dieting the correct way.

What kind of sick? Usually you can see obvious signs that someone has a disease etc. from their appearance, but you can't always be sure.

take their temperature, their skin looks lighter than usual eyes may be dilated. It really depends on what they are sick from.

If you kick em' to the floor and they don't get up...they're probably sick.

u can tell if there sick by throwin sumthin at them and they wont do anything n i can also tell if sum1s dead they dont move
