All you need to do is look him straight in the eye and smile. A genuine smile at that. All the sexual posing and overtures gets you is a stamp on your forehead that says, 'Easy'.

It depends how well you know him, but flirting when you're with a group of mates may not be a good idea (they may just take the mick!). If you don't know this guy well, when not just start up a conversation, be friendly, nothing too over the top. Hopefully you'll find something in common and you can suggest meeting up again without the others e.g. if you both love the same football team, maybe you could suggest watching a match together. Friendship may be the way to start.

its kinda hard 2 explain dont pay that much attention to him. always look as if ur having a gud time evan if ur not. and just talk 2 him normal but in a flirty way. just mess around with him but not in an annoying way. best of luck and have fun where eva ur going.

try to sit next to him. always keep a good conversation going. ask him what he likes about school or work if he works. ask him what he doesnt like.
keep eye contact. that is important.
always smile
do some body contact. what i mean is to touch his shoulder once in a while. or his arm. like if he says somthing funny, you laugh and put your hand on his arm or shoulder but very quick. dont leave it there too long.

ask if he has seen the latest new movie that u wanna see and ask if it was any good if he has and if not ask him if he wants to go see it sometime. Life is too short to let things pass by..make small talk about things that aren't personal until you get to know him better.

start with a flirty smile by licking ur lips and smiling at the same time then give him a wink or blow him a kiss, u can stare at him and if he stares back, stare again and smile, i did this and it worked.
