I mean just black. no sugar no cream. I've always wondered that. So give me your input.

Brewed coffee has about a calorie an ounce. So a full 8oz mug with no sugar or cream has about 8 calories. It's also a diuretic so it'll make your body lose water while you're drinking it.

Nah. There are only 9 calories in a cup of coffee and the avg person on a diet needs at least 1000-1700 calories/day.

Virtually no calories. What adds the calories is everything we put in coffee - cream, milk,sugar, flavorings,etc. It is amazing how it all adds up. You can easily get a 500 calorie coffee drink at Starbucks.

No. It has absolutely zero calories AND has a stimulant in it (caffeine). It's the stuff you put in it that can be fattening.

of course not...there are zero calories in coffee. in fact, if you drink it black, it is one of the seven things McDonalds has on its menu that contains no sugar.
