You may look to see if you are hiding from something..yourself maybe? Look deep inside and after truly knowing what it is that you don't like, be ok with it or try and change it... you are being a coward by hiding behind a chemical crutch. Start being and living fully...and you will never be dependent on anyone or anything again to make you happy, but you.

Obviously, you've decided that you are not in control and have allowed the "drink" to be in control of you. You've chosen to go to the bar or club. You can also choose not to go. You do not have to place yourself in "harm's way."
