Yes I had a laminectomy in 1994 for herniated disk. I am doing quite well, but sometimes when weather is bad I feel it in my back. good luck to you.

Mine wasn't for a herniated disk but it was around the L2- L3 area.

Sorry about your soreness. i turned right into a skeptic so a procedures as chiropractors were in touch. Then i began seeing one and she or he has truly helped me. i become about to have foot surgical operation and she or he has kept me from that. My chiropractor will tell sufferers if she will't do something and they do favor surgical operation. so that you would attempt seeing one in simple terms in case. If not good success with the surgical operation. it would want to help too!

no surgery . but i have slip disc in that area. To have an idea , Even i want to know which one is better, disc replacement or any other surgery.
