Talking about the ACTs? I got a 16 my first time... I took it a second time I got a 16... I took it a third time I got a 27. Why because I studied standardized material like plane geometry and read a lot... a lot... and a lot more... Just read dude... I'd say 70% of the test is reading 28% of the test is thinkign and meorization and 2% is filling circles...

Just think about the consequences of procrastinating constantly and that if you don't do something about it, you'll be living on the street when you're older. I'm just like you. I procrastinate a lot. Usually, I get bad grades because something distracts me from studying. (e.g. TV, friends, reading, computer, etc.) So try giving up on that distraction for a while and not completely so you have time to study and do homework.

You need lots of help. Get a tutor or take special classes in writing, spelling and grammar. You will fail with these poor English skills.
