A fast, easy side dish great for a potluck. Needs to be made at least 6 hours ahead of time.

Hawaiian Fruit Salad

1 cup sour cream
1 cup coconut
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup diced canned pineapple
1 cup mandarin oranges

Mix all ingredients together and place in the fridge for 6 hours. Overnight works well too.
