I'd like to know more about it. That's the path I'd like to study.

There are quite a few different Celtic paths. I am a Celtic Reconstructionist. To learn more about CR:

For good info on Druidry:

For some good articles about the Celts:

This is a wonderful website to learn about Celtic mythology:

I agree that the new age section in a book store may not be the best place to look for any kind of factual information. The words "Celt" and "Druid" sells books and some authors will print BS just to make a buck. I've had the experience of reading this BS and believing it only to find out later that it was just fiction. It was very disappointing and frustrating.

Hope this helps. Please feel free to e-mail me for more information.

First of all - do not pay mind to anyone who is ignorant enough to say that studying the celtic path or paganism is the wrong turn. Each religion or path has its beliefs, and whether you find your peace with your search and studies is up to you. DO NOT listen to those who tell you "this is the only way" Either way, all religions are a mix of other religions and not one is true to itself.

If you are seeking out a path of pagan beliefs, please go to www.witchvox.com Its an excellent resource to start you on your way. Remember, you do not need to join a coven or become part of a group to study. Should you chose a solitary path, and mix your beliefs that is your decision.

On a personal note, whilst I still believe in a supreme being, I do have my eclectic beliefs, which mix paganism, buddhism, hindu, christian, etc.. with it. Don't let anyone force their religion or beliefs on you. Good luck with your search.

I studied it for a few years. I suggest you get a few books on Celtic Lore and Myth (rather than trying to figure out the New-Age books about it... they usually leave you hanging). And then look at archeology, as that is where the information comes from mostly.

Have fun! Celtic Path is one of the more interesting ones, IMO.

Go to your local bookstore and search the New Age Section, they normally have a wealth of information. Searching for different facets of what you would like to study on Google, or looking for information of Witchvox might be of some use to you. Happy hunting and good luck!

I don't follow it, but, I have studied it some!

Try looking it up on Wikipedia, also, try looking at the Gods and Goddesses of it at http://www.godchecker.com/

Also, try looking up the Tuatha De Danaan.

:D May Danu bless you!

My boyfriend used to, but then he found Jesus. He said it's a very dark, lonely, evil path.

Not me. If I can give you warning signs, it would be:

STOP!

DANGER!

WRONG WAY!

DEAD END!

Turn away from the path of Paganism. Turn to God.
