if he doesn't talk to you can you really consider yourself in a relationship. communication is the key to any successful relationship. if their is none then you don't have a relationship.

It would all depend on the reasoning behind it....My boyfriend has been mad at me lately and tells me he doesn't want to talk to me, but I wouldn't give up....Now he is talking to me and with a reasonable tone of voice and is just upset over our situation.
Don't give up especially if you love him.

well it might be that he's just too busy or it might be that he's deliberatly ignoring you for some reason. try to talk to him in person or make a plan to get together and if he doesn't talk still, then dump him.
