It is not illegal if the other person is also a minor and it is consensual. Your local Department of Children Service's might have a problem with it though. Your parents could face Children Service's charges for Lack of Supervision if they know that you are having sex and they do nothing to prevent it. Your parents would not face jail time, but services could be placed in your home or it might be advised that you go and stay with another family member until your parents are willing to supervise you. The reason for this is that your state does not want underage pregnancies.

If you are the same age as the other person, and the sex is consensual, then it's perfectly legal. However, if the other person is drunk, mentally retarded, or drugged, then you might run into problems with implied consent and so on.
All things being equal, however, there are no legal problems with sex between two consenting people of the same age.

An 18 year old cannot have sex with anyone under 18. I'm not sure what the deal is if both people are under 18.
Sex can cause pregnacy and disease, so best to make sure your old enought to deal with those possibilities.

Techniqually - and I never knew this the age is 18. But if it's concentual, it's not really a big deal. No one is going to arrest you or anything but yes for some weird reason the legal age is 18.

Okay this is pretty complicated. It all depends on what stae you live in. Here in texas at age 17 you can have sex. But If 17 or uner you cant not have sex if there is more than a 2 year difference. You cant not have same sex, ...at all i think in Texas. It also depends on whether or not parents find out

No, but it may be illegal if you're under the age of consent in your state. For most states, the age of consent is 16. If someone over the age of 16 engages in intercourse with someone under 16, that person is liable for statutory rape - even though the younger person may have given her consent.
Generally, I suggest you not have sex until you're emotionally stable enough to handle the consequences of such intimate activities.
