i think if the siblings were twins, then this person wouldn't have asked. smart mouth kids, today!!!! haha. the odds are slim but i have heard of brothers and sisters having the same b-day and they're 3 years apart. it's cool for the parents because it's cheaper every year for parties. i guess it'd suck for the siblings though.

It happens, and not only in multiples. My daughter is 6 and my son is 1. They were both born on June 19 in 2000 and 2005. Apparently my anniversery is the cause. I'm not really sure how often this happens, but it's not something to look forward to. Especially if they aren't twins of some kind. It's hard on the child to share that day with someone else.

I'm assuming you are not talking about twins.
Two of my husband's 8 siblings share a birthday (about 8 years apart). My mother worked with a guy whose 3 children all shared the same birthday - different years.

I don't know the odds but it can happen, my best friend was born on 11th September, which is also the birthday of her sister that is 7 years younger than her, and they are both sets of twins... I wonder the odd's of that?!

the odds of this happening is very slim it just depends on when the child was conceived and all was it around the time of the other one? if not then you probably won't have the two with the same birthday!!!!!! Um........... and if the two were conceived around the same time it depends on your body and when ever the baby wants to come into this world. unless you have a scheduled c-section
