No. Your cousins son is actually your nephew. Your second cousin is the son/daughter to your parents first cousin

Your cousin's grandchildren (when he has them) will be your first cousins, twice removed.
And so on...

That's the hard bit. The easy bit is this:

Your children and your cousin's children will be second cousins.
Your grandchildren and your cousin's grandchildren will be third cousins.
Etc. etc....

Your cousin's cousin (as some people seem to be discussing) is either simply your cousin or no relation to you at all.
