You need to improve your diet. Ever hear the expression "you are what you eat"? Eat more nuts and add oil to your diet in salad dressings. There are also vitamins that you can take to help.

I use to be a stylist. What you need to do is get a malibu treatment, get all of the junk out of your hair. Keep it on for 30 minutes under a bag. Then you need to do a good conditioning treatment. Not anything jank from Wal Mart or the grocery store. There is a really good treatment at Sally's but it stinks extremely!!!! It's called apogie. It gets really hard you cant move it after it drys or it will break off. But get a professional one. None of the store bought. Do the cond. 2x's a week for a while. No heat

Well you can use a clarification shampoo or simple baking soda added to your shampoo to remove residue. Do a deep conditioning, apply to head cover with a plastic cap or grocery bag and heat with the blow dryer. Let cool for twenty five minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. Use a cream rinse three times weekly, deep conditioning once a week.
Also, consider now might be the time to update your look. Maybe it is time for highlights, or a temp haircolor to try out.

Besides hair products (have you tried leave-in conditioners?), you should also look at your diet. What you eat reflects in all aspects of your appearance - including your hair. You should try incorporating more natural oils and fats in your diet that you get from nuts, seeds and avocados. Don't forget that your doctor is a great source for alll your health questions!

Did you went for a swim in a pool?? I do recommend you to rasin your hair with warm water regularly first and then try and comb your hair regularly. Repeat the process 2 times a day and then try using a shampoo. You'll feel much better.

use products sold at the solon, such as paul mitchell or biolage. they are very good. my hair is very dry,and this is what i use. another great product is salerm wheat germ hair mask. this is a product from spain it might be alittle harder to find, some solons carry it, i can honestly tell you its the best, i've been using it for years. its about twenty dollars. believe me its worth it. try different products from the salon, and you will find one that best works for you.
