Pro illegals compare a traffic violation with breaking federal law by illegal entry into the U.S., rape, murder, child molestation, driving without insurance, fleeing the scene on an accident, and a host of other infractions committed by illegals.

Yeah, I guess my traffic violation is the same as all of the types of crimes mentioned above.

Isn’t that another LAME comparison to support illegal immigration?

1. The laugh part is sarcasm
2. Yes, legals commit those crimes and are punished for committing them. So, let's punish those who entered the country illegally.

F.Y.I.

Illegal aliens who have commited a crime do get the same imprisionment as a natural or a born citizen. In fact, after service their sentence, they are trialed and convicted yet again and tansfered to another federal facility to service an illegal entry offense. After they have served the time to repay that debt in the state where they entered, they are DEPORTED.

Don't be so harsh on Illegal aliens, people convicted of child molestation and other capitol crimes are mainly white, black and hispanic. At least the hispanics get taken back to their countries, what does the U.S. do to their people? Mark them on a website and then they get released so they can go and do it all over again.

Pay your damn ticket and shut the hell up.

Yea, and I guess legals don't do any of those nasty things you mentioned!!

It is breaking Immigration law. They are not committing a crime!

I read this:

Illegal Immigration is a Crime

Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by Alien," any citizen of any country other than the United States who:

Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers; or

Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or

Attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact;
has committed a federal crime.

But then I read this. It is NOT a crime. It is a civil penalty under Title 8!

"b) Improper time or place; civil penalties
Any alien who is apprehended while entering (or attempting to
enter) the United States at a time or place other than as
designated by immigration officers shall be subject to a civil
penalty of -"
(1) at least $50 and not more than $250 for each such entry (or
attempted entry); or
(2) twice the amount specified in paragraph (1) in the case of
an alien who has been previously subject to a civil penalty under
this subsection.

Civil penalties under this subsection are in addition to, and not
in lieu of, any criminal or other civil penalties that may be
imposed.

Huh so only illegals committ those crimes. Thats interesting, because I thought they were working for low-income jobs so that your living wage would be low. Those crimes are committed by everyone!! And undocumented workers avoid committing crimes because they don't want to be deported or ruin their record. And if you want to talk about crimes, lets talk about the Republicans like Tom DeLay. At least undocumented workers have a good goal in mind, not greed.

Haven't you figured out, yet, that "Immigration" is simply a SMOKESCREEN ISSUE, designed to keep the public eye diverted, from what's really going on???

We've always had illegal immigration, as long as we've had borders, and, it's never been important enough to do much about. That's not going to change! What is going to change is the daily focus, of the public's attention, anytime something negative comes up, concerning this administration!! The NeoCON controlled media will see to that!!!

As with any magic act, you have to be watching BOTH hands!!!

Are you seriously trying to say that only illegal immigrants rape, murder, molest children, drive without insurance and flee the scenes of accidents??

It's just another tactic from the illegals in an effort to try to justify their CRIMINAL actions and to cloud the issue and cause confusion. This clearly shows that they don't want to do things the right way, the legal way. They think they are above OUR laws and can do what they want. They are criminals and are not wanted here nor are they worthy to be here

DEPORT ILLEGAL ALIENS
