Yes. Just drink some of it, then take it back and get a new on, then ask them not to put so much ice in it. If it's still really watered down, then complain and fill out one of those little formy things.
The um, Rate Our Service cards.

Not at all. I'm on the road a lot and eat at Micky Ds probably far more than I should. Their soda is always on the mark. They check the soda/syrup mix regularly and it has to be in range or it is adjusted.
I've gotten soda when the syrup has run out, but they've always changed the container and replaced the soda for me.

Just because they cover them with ice. So, better don't ask for a drink there. Buy from somewhere else other than McDonald's.

My dad worked for Dr. Pepper, most fast food places try to save money by throwing off the syrup to carbonated water ratio. Carbonated water is much cheaper than the syrup used to make the drinks. And you thought it was premixed....

Ice drains down into the pop. The pop is mostly coke products. I never go to McDonalds.

Nope. I don't eat there any more cause the don't wash there hands when they put the patties on the grill then make your sandwhich, or after touching there hair or taking your money and then getting your fries (taking them out of the fryer and then putting them into the fry cup).
Eat at Wendy's. better food and better drinks.

Talk to the manager. There may be a problem with the soda machine mixture.
Either that or you need to not add ice...

They fill them to the top with ice and let them sit. Especially in the drive-thru.

No, but if this is the case - bring it to the manager's attention each time... they may not be aware of the problem.
