Win rar file is a compressed file, you can't just convert it and expect it to play. A rar file is like a zip file, you gotta uncompress it and the actual file will be taken out of there to the location you want, then you can post it up. Example, I downloaded a song from a website and it came in a rar file, i used win rar to extract the file to my desktop, the file got extracted and the actual file type was show, an mp3 file.

rar is a compression method. it is like compressing converting any file in.rar format. To de-compress, i.e. convert the file again to its original state, you will need winrar software. Download it from www.winrar.com You can not use the file without de-compressing it. The mobile phone save option is so because they arre conservative on space. Save it like that n then convert it thru win rar. ask more if u need to.
bye...
