I am a Contours Express Fitness trainer and I always give the ladies this exercise to do at home: lay on your back, lift both legs as if in a sitting position, raise head and place hands on side of head, push your legs out one at a time, slowly, do 3 sets of 10 rest and repeat. Remember to breathe. Walking is also great for your abs( 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week or more !

Lay on the floor, with your feet up on the bed. Perform 3 different crunches from that position: Middle, left and right. At the top of the crunch, squeeze your stomach muscles.

Good luck.

Buy a large exercise ball - large enough so your knees are a 45 degree angle to the floor when you are laying your back on it. Extend your back over it and do sit ups that way. You are lengthening and targeting the entirety of your abdominal muscles and will get a long, lean torso.

Lie down on your back and do crunches in. And be sure to twist left and right as well as going straight up. Also check out Yoga.
