It says something like "You know what you do to me when I am with you"

I think it should be:" tu sais ce que tu me fais quand je suis avec toi?" and it means: " do you know what you do to me when I'm with you?"
or maybe you meant:" tout ce que tu me fais quand je suis avec toi" in this case the meaning is:" all what you do to me when I'm with you"

I was going to flex my "learning French" muscles and translate, but others have beaten me to it. But thank you for the question - I'm going to memorize this expression for use with my guy! "Je t'aime pour tout ce que tu me fais quand je suis avec toi." (and no, not in THAT manner!!!)

Depends, how one corrects "tu ce"-> "Tout ce" or "tu sais ce"

"tout ce que tu me fais quand je suis avec toi"
all that you do to me when I am with you

"tu sais ce que tu me fais quand je suis avec toi"
you know what you do to me when I am with you

It can be translated literally. However, the actual meaning is more colloquial, there fore the true meaning is "Have your way with me."
