Exclamation marks I can see why people type more than one of b/c it's simply to emphasize what they are saying. But more than one question mark ??, I don't have an answer for that one b/c you only ever need ONE ? mark at the end of a sentence. Even with exclamation marks, some people when they are typing to someone like on instant messenger they do that for effect. I can see more than one exclamation mark but never more than one question mark.

Why do people post Question Marks after Statements? Also, the title of their question is the statement and the main question is inside.

Sometimes more then one question mark is used to highlight the seriousness of the question. Or to ask if it is really a viable question.

It is to emphasize the question, or to ask a rhetorical question. Either way, it is a method of conveying a speech pattern on paper.

Same thing for multiple exclamation points!!!

punctuations are used to show what you mean.In writing, you can't hear the voice or tone. The purpose of punctuations(such as question mark) is not to make u feel stupid but to emphasize a point and show emotions.
