Well, it wasn't really to impress him but to get him to notice me more. Anyways, this was way back in grade five when I liked this guy named Steve (names have been changed). Unfortunately, Steve liked this other girl in my class. Since I already knew this, I decided that maybe if I had whatever she had, he'd like me more. So the first thing I noticed (and don't ask why) was her manicured nails; hence, I went home that day and painted my nails perfectly.

The next day, I proudly went up to him and said, "Hi Steve."

He said hi back and went to sit beside his crush, not even noticing my nails despite the number of times I waved my hands in his face. Not one to give up, I figured that maybe he liked her because her eyebrows were perfect (again, don't ask why: I was pretty weird back then). So I went home and decided to do mine as well. Since I had no idea really how to properly pluck my brows, I decided to use my dad's plug-in razor.

I finished my right brow and started on my left. Only this time, I accidentally shaved off half my left brow. I was so embarrassed that I put on a band-aid to hide my little "accident". Every time someone at school would ask, I'd say I cut myself or make up some excuse. I never liked him again after that and only later did it occur to me that maybe he liked her because she was pretty!

It wasn't really crazy, but it was a desperate act to prove to him that i could be a serious person, just as much as i am crazy. So i went job hunting at all the big shot organizations for assistant work.......i landed a great job at UNICEF!!!
I didn't only impress him, i impressed everyone that knew me...to land a job like that without a college degree you're two degree's past lucky!

OK, I was engaged to a woman during the intermission of the New York Philharmonic Symphony. I talked to the conductor, and during the intermission, he called my fiancee up and they played a number. When she looked dumbfoundedly, they explained to her that it was a concierto meaning, "Will you marry me?" At that, I also came onstage and popped the question.

P.S. She said Yes.
