A delicious pasta salad! It had diced tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet red onion, sweet bellpepper,zuchinni( all those ingredients diced small)and black olives.
The pasta consisted of a combination of bow tie pasta and rotini rainbow pasta. Then was marinated and chilled in Kens ceaser italian dressing and Catalina dressings (a bottle of each) and sprinkled and tossed with "salad supreme" seasoning, salt and pepper and chpped parsley to garnish...It was cold..refreshing..filling and everyone loved it!
P.S It was pretty hot here in Calif. so it really hit the spot!

I had broccoli salad. Yum! It's made of fresh broccoli straight from our garden, craisins (can substitute raisins, too), sunflower seeds, purple onion, and a dressing made of vinegar, Miracle Whip, and sugar. Sounds weird, but it's oh so good!

o boy i went to the taste of chicago yesterday with my family! It was some blue raspberry italian ice then it was so fried battered shrimp on a stick from dock's! They were both awesome!!

BBQ bean casserole made with sauteed onion, grnd beef, bacon, butter beans, kidney beans, pork & beans, molasses, chili powder, etc.. MMMmmmmm.
