I'm unsure why you need the hotel to be included.

Trains / Coaches come to Newcastle from all over the country and the stations are both right in the town centre.

Nice hotels are, Station Hotel ( literally ), Vermont ( city centre),
Copthorne & Hilton ( Quayside). There are many others with different price ranges.

It depends what you want to do when you're here.

I hope this helps you, or ask again and be more specific.
That way I can help you better.

As you obviously have access to the internet, the best thing do do is plan it yourself. You don't say where you are travelling from, but the two long - distance train operators serving Newcastle are GNER and Virgin Cross Country. They both have advance purchase facilities on their web sites, which means you can get cheap tickets from about twelve weeks prior to departure. Hotels are easy to find: just type Newcastle Hotels in your search engine and you'll get a long list of them, many bookable on-line.
You'll need to wrap up warm, though. Newcastle can be very cold in March!
