you've got the beginnings of a cavity somewhere. go see your dentist. if you can get a prescription flouride rinse you might be able to prevent it from becoming a full blown cavity.

You could have a cavity. You should go to a dentist and check. Otherwise, it could just be a reaction to the amount of sugars. My brother has a lot of trouble eating sweet things because, even though he has no cavities, it the sugars bother his teeth.

When did you last go to the dentist? Every time I've had a tooth hurt when I eat chocolate it's because it's got a cavity in it........

sensitivity to sweets can be asign of decay in the mouth. i would suggest heading in for a check up

ur enamel is probably gone and ur dentine is exposed.. go see a dentist... maybe ders a cavity..
