I recently started jogging outside..to the beach..around the neighborhoods..and I genuinely love it..It feels great while I'm doing it..I really appreciate being outdoors and seeing the scenery..it takes my mind off my stressful day..it actually relaxes me and takes me somewhere else for the time being..I usually listen to an mp3 player, however, sometimes I even enjoy the silence. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions on how to make jogging more fun/relaxing/exciting..etc.?

You could try it without pants, or with someone you love, or while eating ice cream, singing loudly, half dancing half jogging, on psychedelics, with a transvestite, race the squirrels, count pine cones, match your shoes to every color of outfit you wear, watch a sad movie and do the old run and cry.

You cant, that is the great thing about running

there are no tricks, some days suck, some day rule. That is why running is what I do, it doenst fool you, you feel what you feel,

the only way that you can keep your self running is 2 goals, I want to run a 10k , and you being from LI, like I, the cow harbor, in Northport is a great goal, that is what I am trying for. because the more you run the more you want to run.

the other is to make sure that you get a day off once in a while, if not the body wont rest, body with out rest is not good for you

I found out when I lost a lot of weight that I loved running, too. What I would do is set a time goal for myself, like "today I will run 15 minutes" and sometimes I would carry light weights with me. And I have to have music!

Jogging on the beach is the best, as long as nobody is around to get in your way.

go jogging with a close friend and sprint the last block for a prize, depending on how close the friend is the prize could be very interesting or just a smoothy, have fun

take different routes, change up the music, listen to some information mp3, change it up. try to round up some different friends to ocme out with yea

Different music, or take a different path each day...maybe even run your usual path backwards (in the different direction, not running backwards, silly)
