Results from tooth paste are totally insignificant the best way to whiten your teeth is by using Carbamide Peroxide, this is what dentists actually use and charge £300 per treatment.
We sell this for home use for around £20 and we also sell Laser kits. If you would like to know more please e mail me. or visit www.toothwhitening4all.com
Laser kits produce immediate results and they are inexpensive.

Even if you have not taken care of your teeth you will get amazing results. Just be carefull when parting money with a dentist, its cheaper to do your own at home we supply dentists with the same gels.

You can go to your dentist and have your teeth whitened either with Zoom which is a one hour procedure, or you can whiten them with whitening trays. Ask your dentist what will work better for you.

cheapest way is to just swish hydrogen peroxide in your mouth really well, and spit out and then rinse. Doesn't taste great.... Do this after you have brushed your teeth and flossed. Avoid coke, tea, coffee until after the wedding.

Crest Whitestrips may be expensive, but they work really well.

Also, if you rinse with peroxide every morning or night before brushing it will do wonders. Just DONT swallow it! My friend is a dental hygientist and she does that.
