Why pay money when you can make one for yourself? If you insist on purchasing one, go to a carpenter and ask that it be built. The size of a mehitzah is determined by the dimensions of your synagogue.

Since this is something typically used in an Orthodox synagogue, you might call one and ask where they get theirs.
