If your body is toxic (poisonous), I'd suggest that you see a doctor immediately!

Sugar does NOT poison you, no matter how many people tell you that it does! It does, however, provide empty calories, that is, calories without any other *known* nutritional value.

If you want to stop craving processed sugar, cut back a little each day until you've stopped using it. Eat plenty of fruits to satisfy your sweet tooth. You'll still be eating sugars, though. If you weren't, your body would be converting other things into sugars. (It is even if you eat lots of sugar, actually.)

But don't forget that a little sugar can satisfy more than just hunger. It tastes great and even comforts some people. The secret is moderation, alas.

go to a healthfood store and get a good detoxing system. it will take a few days for your body to not want sugar, but after awhile, you will not even crave it. eat plenty of fruits and vegies, drink a lot of water, and follow the recommendations.

Read "Liver-Cleansing Diet" by Sandra Cabot available through Amazon.com. I only did it for 10 days but the immediate effects were quite astounding: clear head in the morning and no craving for sugar at all.

Myself, I love jello and puddings, so I use sugar free jello and sugar free instant pudding, drink your daily requirement of water and follow a healthy diet. Stay away from sugar filled candies and try the sugar free instead, however, there is a price to pay. Sugar free candies can make for very foul smelling gas.

yeah, i'm a sugar fiend, too. i can go off it for a few weeks, then i fall off the wagon, so to speak.

when you get a sugar craving, try either sugar free pop sicles, or a diet soda. Of course, artificial sugar is bad for you too, so here i am on this merry-go-round with you!

you should check out the South Beach Diet or Atkins.

Supposedly, you substitute cravings for sugar and carbs with fats (which are low carbs and really satiates your cravings.)

Also, eat small quantities at regular intervals.

I dropped 20lb in 4 weeks.

they say that if you stop eating sugar for about 2 weeks or so, you won't crave it anymore. Personally I can't make it past 2 days, so if you find out, will you let me know, too?
