Me and my friend both like this guy and he's our friend. Me and her both want him. How do we tell if he likes either of us?

Don't ask. You both need to just be friends with him and find different guys to get with, as in not the same one. Trust me, if and when he picks between the two of you the one he doesn't go for will get their feelings hurt. This could potentially ruin all of your friendships. This is probably not the answer you want to hear, but I have been in the same situation, and it took some time to get things worked out. A good rule of thumb is never let a guy come in between you and a friend.

Either you ask him and risk losing him as a friend (sad but true), or you assume he just wants to be friends with both of you until he asks one of you out. 80% chance he has no idea either of you feel this way.

If he likes either of you as more than a friend, it will become apparent. For now, just be friends - most importantly, don't let this guy come between your friendship.

Ask opinions of one of your other REALLY good friends. See if they think he looks like hes flirting with either one of you. Thats what me and my friend did. The guy liked me but now he hates me.

no matter what u do someone is bound to get hurt! if it's only a crush, let it be, don't act upon it, u or ur friend. if it's more than that, well, then if u're willing to risk ur friendship try and find out wich one of u he really likes. but, make sure it's more than a crush, because no matter what u or ur friend say if he chooses one the other will get hurt. well, i guess good luck is in order!

You would know or could tell if he did,but you dont want to force anything it should be his idea,then you will know he's sincere,if you dont and make an advance towards him he might try and play the both and you two wont be the wiser.

It depends, you can go ask if he likes your friend. But if your shy like me, look for signs of flirting. Look for who he's with the most, then u can get a pretty good idea who likes. maybe he likes both of u.

Whoever he asks out is a good indication. If he doesn't ask either of you out, he doesn't like either of you enough to start a romantic relationship.
