Rosemary. I personally think it tastes very woody, like dirt even!

I went to Smokey Bones (a restaurant) and ordered their BBQ chicken that everyone raves about. Instead of a BBQ chicken coming out smothered in sauce, I got a grilled Rosemary paste concoction. It was the grossest thing I have ordered in my life. The paste was so thick, it looked like a mixture of potting soil and leaves and tasted just like that too!

I think it is just our tastebuds and personal preferences. I love salty, sweet and even peppery. Anything other than that disgusts me!
