I do the following exercises; walk and some weight training. With any diet or diet supplement, these are important components. After all, once you loose the weight, don't you want to have a nice tone body? I'm not talking muscles bulging, just being nice and tone. Besides, using a diet supplement combined with exercise and minor weight training it will help you build your bone mass and it (weight training) helps fight osteoporosis. Oh, and one more important thing Drink lots of water, and make sure you do not eat 2 1/2 to 3 hrs before going to bed.

CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) is known for it abilities to reduce body fat. CLA is a fatty acid that actually helps you lose weight. Maybe this is what you mean by a "fat" pill. You have to take it for a while before it starts to work though and of course you really should work out. There is no magic pill that can substitute working out and eating right. Some pills can be taken in conjunction with working out though to help increase the benefits.

NO. Have you every read the back of all the pills. It clearly says that you need to work out, eat right and take the pill. Doesn't the working out and eating right work by it's self. Why do you need the pill. "To help you gain the weight back and then some"

Sure, there are tons of them! =) However, I have never heard a report that any of them are actually effective; sorry! Instead, try exercising a little more (even incorporating a little more walking into your day counts!) and eating a little less to cumulatively reduce your caloric intate by 500 calories a day, which translates to healthily losing 1 pound of fat each week. Just don't be sucked into magic pill gimmicks!

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

There's a pill that U can eat and it suppresses your appetite. There's some that boost your metabolism. Be consistent when you take metabolism ones, drink lots of water (like someone else said) and work out consistently and you will see decline in weight in a couple weeks.

Even with a pill, if you don't change your eating habits you will still find yourself gaining or not losing weight. It's never that easy.
