From what I get from Dr. Drew is that there are really two components to the appeal. First, it's taboo. It's just a new thing. Once you hear about it, you're curious. Second, most importantly, it's about dominance. The straight guy (homosexuals have little choice in this department) sees it as a way to dominate his partner. For a very, very few women, there is stimulation but it's not coming from within the rectum. It's coming from around the sphincter. It's the same sensation as fingering or getting your "salad" tossed. Women would need additional stimulation to get off i.e. clitoris. There just isn't the same number of nerve endings there.

Hello Rachel, I think your possibilities covered most of it.
For guys, it's exciting because it has been considered taboo for so long. Also, a guy feels like he is in a complete superior position on the girl when they are doing this. Guys get together and brag to each other that they have done it and we know that most guys never really have. Before any guy tries this, there are many things the two of them should do to make sure she can handle this and is willing to do it. Most guys don't have a clue about this and then end up with the girl becoming very sore and not wanting to do it again. If done right, it can be very pleasurable to BOTH of you! I enjoy the feeling of pounding into those nice squishy buns. With some KY to help it doesn't feel much different from vaginal sex so maybe it is the taboo thing.
the one thing i do differently now though is I always wear a condom when I'm in back there because of all the germs in the poop chute.
it's a bummer it hurts the girl so much.

I'm not a guy so this is just supposition..anyway men who love men have sex with those men the same as men who love women do. Intercourse requires an entry. So seeing that this is one, perhaps that's the reason, among others that don't need to be explained on here.........

I always wondered why guys were so fascinated by that. If you really want to try it ask someone who actually wants to do it (a homosexual man perhaps). Why subject us to it (although some girls enjoy it) when we already have a hole? The shyt probably hurts like a beotch!
