shut the hell up. unless you are too young to have a relationship then what do you care about what your parents say? If you are old enough to understand sex, std's and pregnancy and raising a family, then your parents' opinion would not matter then either. But you are obviously a little kid with parents who dont care about you because your education has suffererd by looking at your grammer and you have this guy that you "love" and you have parents who dont agree with it. Your parents would keep you away from this guy if they did care for you because kids who are in "love" are stupid and can make big mistakes. Read a book

You are the one who has to live with the choices of your heart. If you love him thats what truely matters. Looks take a back seat when it comes to true love. Besides as everyone gets older there looks change. You could start with a handsome guy and end up with a bald headed, beer bellied, pain in the ***. Your parents won't have to live with him you do. So do what your heart tells you.

sit down with your parents and ask them the real reason why they don't accept the relationship i think there is more to why they are against the relationship than he is not a good looking person. every parent wants their children to end up with someone who will love,respect and treat their children with care.after you have the talk with them,try or show them that they are wrong about him,believed me they will accept the relationship.Good luck to you.

Not good looking! Marry him. If he is good on the inside thats the best kind of guy u can get. Tell your parents it doesnt matter whats on the outside but the inside.

first thing...DONT let your parents choose ur soulmate!!! Follow ur heart and dont let them hurt ur feelings!! Stick with ur man coz if u've found the perfect one...you will be happy forever! Good luck, and just keep ur chin up and ignore their remarks...there will be times when u feel really down but there is always light on the end of the tunnel!!

Depends on how old you guys are. Parents are just being protective in a way I guess. Talk to them and tell them how you feel. Ugly ducklings need love too.

I think you need to ask yourself if he makes you happy...and if you could see yourself spending the rest of your life with this man. You parents should be happy for the fact that he is a nice guy who was raised right...and know that you are going to be treated right. Just do whats right for you...not your parents.

I'd say if you love and care for each other who cares what your parents think...That's a BS reason not to like someone anyway.
My parents don't approve of my boyfriend and I don't care. They didn't have a problem with him until he started staying with me. Oh well they'll get over it.
