i go to a coffee shop every morning and there is this guy who works there that i have talked to once before and i really like him but i don't know how to ask him out or get him to ask me out, is it weird to ask him out consdering i'm just a customer at where he works?

Hi, No it's not weird to ask him out, sooner or later someone else will ask him out since he has a public job were he gets to meet a lot of people.Flirt with him- smile a lot - be friendly- when you're talking to him look in his eyes and hold your look longer than usual.Better to ask him out than to wait on him- at least that way you can find out if he's interested or not. One morning after he's given you your change- say "oh there is just one other thing - would you be interested in going out sometime?".... Guys are flattered when a girl ask them out!

If you what to let him like you,you can go to the coffee shop nand act like you spilled you coffee and ask him for a rag to clean the mess up and try to start laughing with him.When you two start to know each other ask him out.

Go ahead and ask him out. Guys go through this all the time. The worst he can do is say no. You never know until you try, he may like you and want to get to know you better but he too is afraid to ask. Good luck

I can tell you this much.As long as you are a "customer" he is not going to ask you out and risk getting fired.
If you think he is interested in you,ask him what time he gets off work and come back then or just ask him if he would like to go out sometime.
My wife asked me while I was working and we are still married 17 yrs. later.

No it's not weird, sound's like you're shy and so is he. Give him your name and number, if he's interested he will give you a call if not go on about your business. Ask if he can take a break for a few minutes to talk.

Talk to him more and get to know him. The more you talk, the more you'll know if you really like him or not. Soon you'll be on a first name basis and hopefully he'll want to hang out out of work or ask you on a date. Good luck. :)

Ask him an open question that could leave a hint.
example:
"Do you work here 24 hours a day, or do you have time for other things?"
If he is interested, he should pick up on it.
If he is not interested, he will make it known after
your 2nd or 3rd try at open questions.
