Trust me, I know the feeling. Don't give up and despair. There is always hope. Keep yourself occupied doing what you enjoy doing and don't be too hard on yourself. We are and can be our own worst critics and enemy. Learn to be your own best friend. Don't be afraid and have a little faith. I am also truly sorry to hear about all the problems you are dealing with at this time, but trust me, you are not alone. For the most part, there is no problem without a solution, and, unfortunately, everything takes time. Be patient and count your blessings.

I have no advice.. only thoughts... are you bipolar? Does one thing go wrong and that makes every thing black? Like spilling ink on everything? You sweetheart need to keep a journal... and not write to Yahoo answers, because... I am sure some of our answers are adding to your anxiety/depression. You are very co-dependent.. Bipolar... possible manic, and this site is most definitely NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR YOU.
You have a computer and like to type, make a private journal, share it with your, doctor, therapist, social worker, psychologist... not us, you will be the one that benefits... THINK ABOUT IT!
Good day.

I am so sorry you are having a bad time!

The best thing is to go to that appointment next week with the social worker, and in the meantime, do something that you like and that relaxes you (go shopping, to the library, beach, for a walk, listen to music, read a good book??).

Take care of yourself and hold on. You are worthwhile, and things will get better for you. I am sending you good wishes and thoughts...

I would try to get a good diet, stay away from drinking and smoking. Diet plays a huge role. Stay away from sugar and high calorie foods, like junk food. This causes mood swings.
Also try and look at the lighter side of life, get into watching comedys ect...Hope you feel better.
