there isnt really a way where you could do it that fast unless your talking surgury. but what i would do is eat a little, go to the gym everyday, no snacks, and do sit ups while you watch tv. if you wanna loose and tone fast you'll have to be a health nut. do not stop eating completly because after this event *that you have to be thinner for that is* if you eat a sandwhich you'll gain it all right back because your body has naturally gone into starvation mode so everything you eat sticks to you. good luck though, this task is almost impossible, but if you put your mind to it, you can loose at least 5 pounds. ~swimming laps is a great way to curve your appiete.~

Here's the secret those exercise commercials don't tell you: everyone has rock hard abs. However, most people have a layer of fat over their stomach so that you can't see them. Its not the larger muscles that make abs sexy, its the lack of fat that reveals them.

Hence, there is NO way to flatten your tummy without dieting and losing fat. Increase your exercise level. Increase the amount of energy you use during the day. Decrease your food input. That is still the only way to lose weight. Eat more fiber, more fruits - not all of their carbohydrates are absorbable.

In the end, if you want to get skinny, nothing has changed: exercise more, eat less, drink lots of water.

drink lots of water, eat healthy, get loads of sleep and buy one of those mini trampolines. Use your arms when you jump, stretching up high and hold your stomach muscles in at all times. Don't forget to warm up and cool down properly after use. Just do it for as long as you can 2 or 3 times a day every 2 days (rest inbetween days) or cut down on the amount you do it on alternat days.
I can't promise a miracle but you should see some difference if you keep it up.
If you cant buy a trampoline, a jump rope works just as well.
Good luck!

No way. Toning of your tummy and legs is the hardest. The best exercise I've found though is running.

It takes time and deliberation. I do 100 crunches every morning during my daily workout. I'm a chick and I have a six pack. But I didn't get it in three weeks. And it's definintely not easy.
