Hi, if you don't like him then give him a mean look when you catch him looking at you -that should tell him that you don't like him.If he is just looking at you to get his "eyes full" then ignoring him is your best choice unless to want to tell him straight out to f*** off. He might be staring to try to get a reaction out of you- ignoring him might be best idea.

well if youl like him you shouldnt mind him staring at you...this is what you do you sit there and stare right back at him...just stare like your day dreaming...finally he will turn away(kinda freaked out or nervous) or he'll approach you

either get a guy to pretend as your BF and make him go tell him or actually get your BF. if that's not possible try picking your nose, burping, eat messy, just stuff that guys don't like to see!

Spray him with RAID. Works on other little creepy crawlies. Just mind the eyes, don't want to blind him.
