No.
I've grown up with 5 or 6 birds when I was little and birds have allways been a part of my life. The pukeing seeds into your mouth means she likes you a lot.
I don't really understand why birds do it, but its normal. Just pay attention to her and take care of her, and she will be fine.

yeah she is kinda lonely. She does the hair thing because she might think its twigs or nest material and she does the food thing because she thinks ur her family, but u can't be sure it's that she thinks u r her kid. My birds do the hair thing all the time.u should get another bird or a mirror. the mirror is the safest and cheapest way to go. that way she'll think u r still part of the flock and be nice to you, but she won't barf in your mouth. plus if u get another bird, it might hate u and her. also birds usually pay more attention to their mates than 2 humans.

Awww. She is just showing her love to you. It seems gross to humans, but she is trying to feed you and preen you becuase she sees you as her mate and this is what birds do in the wild. She is not at all lonely because she has you and is very happy to obviously. It is probably not a good idea to allow her to regurgitate into your mouth as passing your saliva to her may make her sick and you probably don't want to eat it anyway... ;). Try distracting her by moving her around, changing hands, talking to her, giving her a treat...anything that stops her and makes her move on to something else. I once had a macaw who grabbed a hold of my index finger and tried to feed me that way. When I tried to pull my hand away she tightened her grip. She would not be distracted until she had finished...it was pretty gross, but a nice compliment.

Preening your hair, and regurgitation food for you is all a sign of affection from a bird. It's their flock mentality. In the wild, or if they have a mate, that's how they would show them their affection. Offering them food by regurgitating food for them and feeding them, and also preen them. It's just love. :)

Your bird thinks that you're her mate and she's happy to show you affection to show that she loves you. She's by no means lonely I wouldn't think. Just happy to have you in her life. You can distract her when she's doing the head bobbing to feed you to avoid her actually bringing up food to feed you by either giving her a toy, or do the 'earthquake' movements by dropping your hand/arm/finger down a fraction, not a whole lot, just enough to make her loose balance and forget about the regurgitating.

Good luck.

Why would you let your bird "puke" seeds into your mouth?

In the wild bonded pairs of parrots will feed each other. its like a romantic dinner for them. Its the greatest sine of affection your bird can give you.
