low on confidence?

i am a very shy guy and find it hard to chat to women. i find it hard to tell the women i fancy how i feel as i always think they will laugh at me, anyway i can build up my confidence and overcome this problem. i have already missed out on two chances to telll someone how i feel so dont want to miss another

Women will not laugh at you.If they laugh at all its because they are being chatted up,and its a girly thing.In life we have to take chances and risks.we all have rejection some time in our life.What is the worst possible thing that could happen if a girl said no?nothing.It doesnt matter.you just think oh well never mind,it is not the end of the world.Then move on quickly to the next,dont give up if you get a rejection.It is life.If you watch really good looking men in pubs,trying their luck with women.they get knockbacks too.they laugh about it.they dont take it to heart.you have to be a jack the lad.look in the mirror and start to see all your good points.love yourself,or no-one else will.

Dude, if its a friend best to wait untill you have the definate all go but if it isnt if it is just a love interest then just tell them, the worst thing in life is to die cause thats it all over so what have you got to worry about the worst that could happen here is shed say she doesn't feel the same, not near as bad as dying

OR Just ask the woman and learn from experience, rejection is better than never knowing! You may be lucky and be accepted!
