I like a girl, how can i tell her that I like her? where should i tell her that? what should i say? please answer the question seriously and you'll get 10 points

should i give her something (e.g. flowers)? please tell me exactly what to say and where to say it,

If she knows you, you can get away w/flowers maybe not red roses more like daisies or something like that. If she doesn't know you it might be a little too bold for flowers.

Just ask her to go somewhere out to eat or movie or something. Maybe pair up w/a friend and their g/f or b/f or whatever. Do something fun and make her feel included. Just don't come on too strong that almost always make a peep fail...

Ask her to her face (not over phone) if she wants to go out sometime do something fun if she's not busy. Over time she might get the idea that U like her. If you must tell her go out a couple time prior to telling her...

Tell her whenever you are with her and involved in some type of conversation. Just say something like "You know, I really like you". She might just feel the same way, and be happy that you said something first. Forget the flowers for now...wait and see how she feels! If she likes you'll, ask her out on a date. Try to get her alone, no specific place, jsut somewhere private... and preferably clean. You should try to jsut come out and say it. and yes, flowers are very good... though then again, why you and her would be together and you have flowers may seem kinda odd to her.... do you know where she lives? then you could go to her house and just hand her the flowers and be like "I love you" ... orr write a note, if you're shy. The best thing for you to do is honestly just be yourself and have confidence, I know it might be hard to do, but if this girl means a lot to you then you have to be confident and just go for it. Girls look for originality not what they probably have heard a million times before with other guys! all I am saying is be yourself and you shouldnt be asking others to tell you what to do. I think giving her flowers the first time meeting her is too much, wait until like your first date or second and make sure its appropriate for the time!
