Call 1-800-Dentist. Seriously. I have no idea where you are, so it would be REALLY stupid to give you the name of a dentist where I live, now wouldn't it?! Call them, and tell them what you need.

I had a child with special needs. When he was a baby we were set up with our state's Early Intervention service. I actually asked that same question and they gave me names for future use. I would give my local office a call if I were you- they were very helpful and quite the advocates for our son.

i dont know where you are but i work in an office (pediatric) that deal with alot of special needs children! i love all of them!!!
