love is an unexplained feeling... when you are so willing to do something for that other person at any cost and are blinded by all his/her faults... love is when you feel totally confortable and at ease with that certain person and when you just finished seeing that person 2 mins later you miss them... love is a magical mystical feeling that cannot be expressed with words because it is something so great that you will have to live it to be able to understand it

I think true love differs for many people. Some people think that true love is blah blah blah, souls, blah blah, love, the way someone looks at you blah blah blah. But true love could be sitting in the bathroom while your mate takes a dump (that takes love) True love is when you are with someone that you don't have to hide anything from. When i say anything i mean anything. when there is nothing that either one of you can do that embarases you infront of that person. will you fart infront of your mate? If your mate wanted to talk to you while taking a dump would you? Think of the most embarrising situation that you can think of, if you could do that infront of your mate and not care, and your mate could care less then that is true love. Would your mate clean poop off of walls, and puke of the toilet when you sick. Thats true love. Forget all that crap you see on TV and read in magazines, they don't get down and dirty with real situations that could happen in a relationship. Think of all the nasty stuff that you do, if you are comfortable telling you mate that kind of stuff and he listens and tells you the same nasty stuff, then you found true love!!

Its like a poem I wrote.

LOVE
I once heard someone say if you can explain love your not in it.
Love it’s a strange word
Usually in line with the bees and the birds
But what does it mean
It’s just a little word
That means so many things.
Love what’s it about
When you’re in love you cry and pout
When you’re alone
Or if you’re scared
Your love one is always prepared
To hold you tight
And say I love you
But with out them what do you do.
Love so strange
Yet so nice
But with love you have to pay a price
You give you heart
To the one you love
And you feel like you were taken up above
But when loves gone
You feel like falling to the ground
And you’re afraid to make any sound
Because you know you’re going to cry
When you’re love has to say good-bye.

As a catholic christian, i cant explain true love outside the context of God who is Love. Love is not a thing, or an object, It is a LIFE. Any act or attitude that in anyway negates Life is already something else other than love. If u love some one, You are giving life to that someone

True love is knowing that you want to be with someone forever. It is knowing that there is almost nothing they could do to make you leave. It is realizing that they are the person who could hurt you most in the whole world and being willing to take that risk anyway. It is being completely honest even when its not what you want to do, and being willing to work on ANYTHING.

True love is unconditional. I believe in the bible's interpretation: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boasts, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no records of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices in the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perserveres. Love never fails.

When you truly love someone all these should apply. Your mind, body, and spirit will be open to this person loving you and you loving them. There are no questions....no regrets. All fear will cease and it will be clear

I think only you can determine if it's true love.....If you stand by your significant other through tough times even ones that they may cause that could be true love, but you have to believe that it's true love. Just weigh in on your emotions and actions and you should be able to tell yourself whether it's true or not.

You will know when your in love. When you look at him you will see things that no one else sees. When your sick you will want him to be there. When you are need you will drop everything you are doing to be there for him. Love is a strong and powerful thing. So trust me when I say You will know when you are. It consist of more then saying I love you.

True love is when one does not look for it's own interest.
True love is unselfish.
True love is kind.

Love is long-suffering and kind. Love is not jealous, it does not brag, does not get puffed up, does not behave indecently, does not look for its own interests, does not become provoked. It does not keep account of the injury
