This is a question I have been asked many times during my travels ... Simply put you fist have to define the word "peace" what it means to you on a mental, emotional and spiritual level. this is a solo journey and noone can describe it for you. Being who you want to be and complete as ease with self is always step 1. If your living your life for anyone )including mates, children, parents or even god( rather than yourself you will not find peace. A real relationship is you being you and them being allowed the same rights. Knowing self is always rule 1.

to hav real peace ......... very difficult task coz a human is so much surrounded by desires & there are so many little things that are being given so much importance that a person cannot hav real peace ....if someone wants peace just set priorities that what u actually want & what gives u real happiness & after knowing it work in that direction....I m saying it COZ " ONE WHO IS MORE CONFUSED IS MORE UNHAPPY "

do not know ur situation, but have kids, soooooooo i would take a vacation(away fom my kids) temp peace n quiet, lol
