Maybe what you are taking isn't working well enough. Ask your doctor for a medication adjustment. Also, surround yourself with positive people and things.

I was diagnosed with clinical depression 4 years ago, my freshman year of high school. Life was $hit, i was always angry, always tired, and depressed regardless of what I was doing. Also, i was a "cool kid" and you never would have known. After a LOT of therapy and MAXING out on Zoloft Celexa, and others i removed myself from my environment. I got away from my parents and started exercising/working out a lot. Those two things instantly will help you get better.
Note: When the shrink first suggested working out i said, f*ck that i'll just keep watching TV, but IT WORKS. seriously.

Climb out of bed, wash your face and walk the long distance to your nearest coffee shop and back home, hit the shower and start the day pumped up and energized. Exercise works, especially when it is the first thing you do when your feet hit the floor in the morning. Force yourself for one day; see if you felt better...if so...you have a new morning routine and feel better.

Try a different one... Some of them work, some don't, and some trigger panic attacks. It is different for each person which one works. It's like this, explained in an analogy: Your brain has several different, unlabeled light switches. Each antidepressant flicks any number of switches.

You need to talk to someone, if you don't feel comfortable talking to a professional, talk to a good friend. Also, try just going somewhere and having some quiet relaxing time doing something you enjoy.
