mix 1 teaspoon of salt in a cup of luke warm water,
stir until salt is dissolved,
then pinch left nostril shut while sucking saline solution up right nostril, sniff slow and steady, solution will come into mouth, spit, then do left nostril with saline!
repeat soon!

Take a decongestant during the day and cough supressant at night. Drink lots and lots of water. Use a cool mist humidifier in the room you sleep in. Put Vicks on your chest and under your nose. Good night.

Saline nose spray, Sudafed (both together, even) the nose spray will work fast, and the sudafed will keep working all night to keep the snifflies away

get those special band aids that widen the nostrills so you can breath easier. I'm not sure what they're called but explain it to your pharmacist and he'll know what you're talkin about
