I house sit and animal sit at the same time, and the going rate is $15.00 a day I watch all most any kind of animals.(mostly dogs-cats-birds) Hope you find someone that is nice to your animals. there are many people that are really good with animals out there, have the person come over you house and spend at little bit of time with them (your cats)before you leave and you will see how they get along. Then you will have a great vacation.

I would say about £50 - £70. But I must say you should let them come and visit your cats a few times so the cats get used to them in your house. The person will also get used to the cats and they could have a little relationship going on first to make the week easier. You will be more relaxed on holiday then.

I used to do it for $25 a day, but there was work involved. I would say $100. for the 2 weeks is plenty.

Assuming they're also doing other basic house tasks (e.g., bringing in the mail, watering houseplants), I'd aim for about $10/day. Of course, with the cost of gas what it is these days, I'd recommend you also take into consideration how far the cat-sitter would have to travel to get to your place.

Oh my goodness -- your pal's mom is truly impolite and thoughtless. And, to imagine that out of the goodness of his own heart your pal is keen to pay for 0.5 of the cost is outrageous. Wow, what a pal. Your emotions are justified. fantastically on account that your pal advised you to eat what you needed. in the adventure that they need to regulate the rules in the course of the game, you could, too. present them with a bill on your gas, the leash and collar and the cat nutrition -- of direction try to be reimbursed for those expenditures besides, yet you may want to also comprise expenditures for the way a lot it would have value to position the animals interior the kennel, on your bill, be positive to deduct the cost of the helpful meat you cooked and ate -- then see how a lot your pal values your friendship.
