Well for starteers i have naturally curly and the only hair style i can do is a ponytail or bun i do striaghten it but it takes to long! please help!

Why not have it short with curls all over your head? It's easier to take care of and looks good casual or formal.

Iam Nirmal, i would suggest that u can try hair oil to a limited amount and see if ur hair straigthens,if it doesn't i will suggest u another way.
