I like the Knot Guest list Manager too. I would suggest that as well.

Try ACT. This program offers many of the same benefits as an excel program but a lot more options. It is pretty user friendly and and allows you to sort in various ways.

on theknot.com there is a program they offer to enter all of your guests into , you can also manage your list from there adding and deleting and printing from the same screen. it works out very nicely

Access is okay, any number of address programs, but I am firmily a fan of Excel. It is such a powerful program.

To make my programs, I used my Hallmark software. Worked great!
