They say to drink at least 2 cups of green tea a day. It's a good antioxidant and helps you to lose weight, and also helps your immune system fight off disease. I perfer to add a little bit of honey to my green tea just because the taste can be a little bit bitter. Hope that helps!

never heard of white tea..

but black tea and green tea are both good. I suggest you drink 2 cups at least every day (along with 5 cups of water)... Of course, I drink more than that!

I wouldn't drink green or white tea, every day, due to warnings they have about certain people getting very ill, because of poor kidney functions and/or related disfunctions they were unaware of.

I drink 20oz. a day. AZ makes a blueberry green tea thats very tastee.
