It sounds like a difficult situation. You would have to either be sponsored by a company or get a full scholarship to a university. Both are not easy options. Where are you from and what skills do you have? And why do you want to come to the States? You could also marry and American, but that is pretty deceitful.

Go to the american embassy in your city or online and get information on working there.. you would need to be offered a job before you enter america and that employer would sponsor you.

Contact the American Embassy in your home country. They may require that you already have a job in the U.S., but try for a workers Visa anyway.
