What to do? I'll tell you what to do pick up your face and keep stepping because your friend isn't a friend. Your ex should never become her present or future there is a line that even friends should not cross. As for ol' boy he's an ex for a reason. Dry your eyes, slap a smile on your face and erase both of them from your life. Life is short too short we only have a moment to live and so why settle for less then you deserve. Set standards and never lower them when you demand more you'll get more.

Honey I know it hurts – but you know what, you already have your answer. Think about what you just wrote. You know what he wants to do to you and you know how you feel about what he wants to do. You should never do anything you don’t feel comfortable with. Obviously, your ex-boyfriend is on another page, so let him do what he likes with who ever he likes and you go ahead and find that special someone that is willing to love you for who you are, get to know you, and wait for you. Let me say this, when I was young there was this guy that was so fine and I chase him from 8th grade to 11th grade. He didn’t like me because I was a virgin and wasn’t giving up anything!! Well we eventually start dating but each time he tried to sleep with me, I would say no and he dumped me. Long story short, finally I said yes, by then I was a senior in high school and invited him to prom. Well I said yes because all my girlfriends at the time told me I had to sleep with him if he comes to prom with me. Well, let me say this – in a nutshell I have two children by him. A 19-year-old son and a 17-year-old daughter, he doesn’t take care of them physically or mentally. He never paid child support or anything. They were raised without a father. So – needless to say, never do what others want you to do unless you’re ready. Make certain you are ready to accept the consequences and repercussions as well. As far as your “girlfriend” he’s dating instead… Is she really your friend?

No, no, no I don't think you should be friends after being into a relationship together. This is my opinion. I don't think you look each-other as friends, because (at least for me) this would be quite impossible.
Better say goodbye to him and not get hurt anymore.
Good luck

What are relationships all about? Sex? Relationships should be based on trust, respect, having sex with other person, is that really respecting yourself?

Forget about him unless you like being used for his sexual pleasure which obviously your friend is being used for

Drop them both. (He actually said that he likes her better? Are you kidding me? That's unacceptable, don't be so pathetic.)
